Osteopathic treatment
Osteopathy can be used to treat problems, such as stress headaches, neck pain, back pain, sciatica, hip and knee problems, joint strains, sprains and injuries including whiplash, repetitive strain injury,sporting injuries, and problems during pregnancy.
The osteopath will use hands on techniques such as stretching, massage, and joint manipulation to treat pain and restore a normal range of movement.
